Freescale opens new R&D centre in Hyderabad SEZ

Freescale Semiconductor has opened a research and development (R&D) centre in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Gachibowli in Hyderabad.
The research activity at the new facility is expected to deliver solutions that enhance Freescale's platforms and the new AMP (Advanced Multiprocessing) Platform for applications including data centre, security appliances, mobile wireless infrastructure and small business networking etc.
