Genpact expects to have nearly 60 per cent of senior leadership team based outside India in the next 12-18 months � a tactical move aimed at being closer to global clients.

Today, about 60 per cent of the leadership team of the BPO company sits in India. The rest are in key client locations such as the US and Europe.
