Times of India has listed top 5 best paid Infosys executives. Except for
CFO Balakrishnan, other four slots are taken up by founders. The Times calculation excludes the dividends flowing out of stocks. If that is factored, founders income will further shoot up like a rocket. (Last year, Dinesh made a cool tax-free Rs 100 crores in dividends.)

It is strange that the founders dominate even the non-divident income list in Infosys. That probably shows the distance between the so-called professionals and founders, which Mohandas Pai has so passionately spoken about.

In contrast, in Wipro, Azim Premji's non-dividend salary is way below other senior executives. But then he owns over 75% of the company.
