Orissa government starts cooperating with Premji Foundation again
Saturday, 7th May 2011
The Azim Premji Foundation (APF), which had earlier stopped an education research project halfway allegedly due to the state's non-cooperation, has decided to set up new institutes in Orissa.

"We had started a computer-aided learning programme in association with the state government in 2008 in some government schools on a pilot basis. But, unfortunately, we had to wind up the project one year before its completion due to lack of support and cooperation from the government. This, however, has nothing to do with our new projects," said the chief executive officer of APF, Dileep Ranjekar.
