"There is some external visible turbulence in the system which is more visible now.", he says.

He feels that the leadership change will not make a lot of difference as what matters to a client is the fundamentals of a company. "Infosys has built a great team and the fact that the team is running as fast as it is, after a very good top leadership has completely taken their feet off the accelerator", he said.
