Infosys is looking at hiring 2,000 consultants in fiscal FY12 for its enterprise solution business.

The IT major is targeting candidates from the market with 10-20 years of experience in the consulting domain. The consultants will be hired for different verticals including retail, life sciences, banking and capital markets and manufacturing.

Currently, the IT major has 140 consultants with 40 more to be added in the current quarter.
