Dr Aisha Bijlani had lost £33 million racism suit last year

AN INDIAN-BORN barrister claiming £33million damages from one of Britainís top law firms says her career stalled before it began because of her ďracistĒ head of chambers and the senior clerk with whom he was having an affair.
Dr Aisha Bijlani says she earned at least £7million less than colleagues at Four New Square chambers in Londonís Lincolnís Inn over 16 years because of a culture of racism among clerks and barristers which meant she was prevented from working on the most lucrative and important cases.
