Disabled man tears flag on Bihar CM's vehicle

A disabled person caused a flutter at the Old Secretariat building here by tearing the flag on the bonnet of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar''s car parked in the portico. Sheikh Abdul, a resident of East Champaran district, first went to the secretariat and wanted to meet Chief Secretary Anoop Mukherjee for securing a disability certificate, official sources said.
As the Chief Secretary took some time to call him, Abdul headed for the CM''s office and sought an immediate appointment with Kumar, they said. Since the chief minister was chairing a meeting of the state cabinet, Abdul suddenly went downstairs and tore the flag on the bonnet of CM''s car parked in the main portico, they said.
