17-year-old girl who had eloped with 'criminal' sent back to parents

A 17-year-old girl, who had eloped and married a man who had 18 criminal cases against him, has been sent back to her parent's house. After interviewing her, a division bench of Justice D.B. Bhosale and Justice A.R. Joshi, directed her to return to her parents'.
The court has even restrained Kishor Angre from meeting the girl. He is not supposed to call her on phone or contact her, said the judges.
To prevent their meeting, the court has allowed her parents to take the girl to Kolhapur, where her uncle lives. However, the court has asked them to ensure that the girl is present in the next hearing on April 19.
