Wipro Ltd paid the highest salary to one of its senior woman executives, Martha Bejar, who is now the chairperson and chief executive officer (CEO) of Infocrossing, a company Wipro acquired in 2007. Bejar was paid a little over $1.27 million (Rs 5.67 crore on an exchange rate of 44.54 as stated by the company), according to Wipro�s annual filing in Nasdaq.

Bejar, who joined Wipro Technologies in 2009 as the president of global sales and operations, was appointed the chairperson and CEO of Infocrossing in April. Her compensation package included salary and allowances worth $572,004 and commission/incentives worth $699308.
