NEW DELHI: Dell Services Global Vice-President Anurag Jain is understood to have put in his papers to give way to a new structure that is likely to have three global heads. One of them is likely to be based in India while the rest two will be posted at Dell headquarters in Texas.

Former Wipro joint CEO Suresh Vaswani will be one of these executives. Jain was one of the 10 top executives retained by Dell from its Perot Systems acquisition, to make a strategic vision for the new hardware-cum-software giant. In an email written to employees, Dell CIO Steve Schuckenbrock told: "Anurag recently came to me and expressed his desire to make a career change. While I tried to persuade him to reconsider and stay with Dell, he is adamant. He was integral to the building of the Dell Services Delivery organization."
