Mark Fleming , head of Wipro's global media and telecom strategic business unit (SBU), is exiting the company. In an email to employees, CEO TK Kurien said Fleming was quitting for personal and family reasons and would leave Wipro on April 15.

Wipro hired Fleming, a former Accenture partner and telecom industry veteran, as the head of the company's telecom, media and technology business, in March 2010.

As part of the restructuring, Wipro is aligning its sales and delivery teams with the respective business units. Since announcing the rejig, Wipro has also seen the exit of head of its healthcare vertical Rajiv Shah, who has been replaced by Sangita Singh.
